Overdrafts on your savings account may be created by in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, ACH withdrawal, or other electronic means. American State Bank is not obligated to pay any item presented for payment if your account does not contain sufficient available funds. A service charge will be assessed on your savings account if there are insufficient available funds to cover a withdrawal or debit presented against your account. Fees will be charged regardless of whether the item is paid or returned. You agree immediately upon notice from us, to deposit funds sufficient to cover any overdraft plus service charges, if required.
NSF Paid/Returned Fee: $28 per item
Overdraft Fee: $15 per quarter
