Home Loan Center's
80/10/10 plan, qualified buyers2 may put only 10% down on a home purchase and ASB will loan the
buyer the additional 10%. Having an 80% loan will save the buyer from purchasing costly mortgage insurance.
The 10% ASB loaned to the buyer may be paid out over a 15-year period. In most cases the payment may
be less than a normal 90% loan that includes mortgage insurance. |
