For your convenience we have 3 ways for you to access your account.
Bank On Call is our automated service available 24 hours a day by calling 767-7272 or 1-800-687-7272
Bank On Line with Bill Payer is available free of charge with all of our Checking accounts, by simply filling out an Enrollment Form. You can access this service from any computer with Internet, safely and securely.
Our Customer Service Call Center has Representatives available Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- How do I choose the checking account that is best for me?

We have several options in our personal and business accounts. Stop by and visit with one of our relationship bankers. You can also contact Customer Service and they will be more than happy to set up an appointment or mail out information on our various accounts for your convenience.
- How do I change my address?

You can change your address by calling Customer Service or by using Bank-On-Line.
- How do I close my account?

You can close your account by coming in to your local branch or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-531-1401.
- How do I change my legal name?

To change the legal name on your account, simply provide us with an updated legal document reflecting your name change (e.g. a new driver’s license, marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.). We will then update our records with your new information and help you complete new signature cards for your accounts.
